Roadmap 10/10: Release 1.1.0

Tasks

• Release PR: version bump, CHANGELOG with Added and Deprecated sections, regenerated docs, and the README feature table
• Tag 1.1.0 and verify PyPI and the GitHub Release
• Close TLS support for subscribing #14, Cannot subscribe to topics with ProtoBuf payloads #31 and Payloads without topics #32 with links to the release and the matching test
• Close PRs Added option to specifiy transport to connect keyword. #26 and Changed library to use background loop instead of manually looping #27 with thanks and links to the code that carries their ideas
• Close this roadmap. Later work (MQTT v5 properties, request/response, proxy) gets new issues when someone asks for it.

Acceptance criteria

• In a fresh virtualenv, pip install robotframework-mqttlibrary installs 1.1.0, and the 1.0 smoke suite passes unchanged.
• The CHANGELOG has sections for 1.1.0, 1.0.0, 1.0.0rc1, 0.7.2 and 0.7.1.
