Remove amf typings from repo #68
Description
When/if amf-client-js types definitions (.d.ts) are hosted at @types/amf-client-js, do:
- remove
js/module/typings/amf-client-js.d.ts - add
@types/amf-client-jsas a dependency tojs/module/package.json
