Registering Showcase channels for the first time fails to warn usefully #133

Why

When first installing the bot and writing showcase channels into the configuration, it fails to explicitly warn the administrator that the showcase forum must contain at minimum 5 tags. If the channel doesn’t contain 5 tags, the modal interaction button from showcase fails without any sign as to what exactly failed.

Acceptance Criteria

• Warn on bot boot time, could assume then.
• Or Warn on modal call, however this adds significant refactor to identify the cause per embed call.

Open Questions

• Is it worthwhile modifying the modal call so significantly for a minor change
• Should there be unit tests for this rare case at all?
