Updates to repo, common page snippets, css classes, table generation

Summary

Further cleaned up the repo, should hopefully make future commits much easier to go through without committing unneeded files (like this one being >2000). Depending on size of commit, maybe 100 max, likely ~20. Sample table generation functions, should greatly reduce code needed and be easier to update/maintain conformity. Common CSS classes.

Added

• Build output directories to .gitignore - build, dist, and .svelte-kit are generated during the build process (npm install & npm run build)
• .DS_Store which are MacOS specific files not related to the repo
• License (GPL-3 per repo file) to package.json, was a warning that showed during build
• Common CSS classes instead of defining manually
• Common popular section disclaimer to refer to other sections if a game/region isn't shown
• A link to downloads section on homepage, since most users will go there
• A visual of the menu icon for users who didn't notice it

Removed

• Commits for build, dist, and .svelte-kit directory files
• RVZ page

Modified

• Moved @sveltejs/kit from devDep to peerDep in package.json, was a warning during build.
• Sidebar, GC, Wii (some others) to show table generation programatically. Expect this to make future updates much easier, and generally easier to read code-wise. Would need to expand to more pages. Can be further simplified by moving table generation code or table configuration to be imported into pages.
