QCS615: bluetooth is not working

BT is working, when test with the latest build with kernel 6.19.0-00713 in https://quic-yocto-fileserver-1029608027416.us-central1.run.app/qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom/22329555903-1/qcom-distro/qcs615-ride/ .
And Kernel version in the job https://lava.infra.foundries.io/scheduler/job/146273 is 6.19.0-rc8-00570.

Please check whether the connectivity chip is not properly plugged in.
I noticed the following log in the 2 jobs above, and was able to reproduce the same log locally after unplugging the card.

HSP WLAN CARD is needed for the device for connectivity tests to work

ath10k_pci 0000:01:00.0: Failed to find firmware-N.bin (N between 2 and 6) from ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0: -2 shows Talos uses the wrong chip(ROME). We need use HSP( 20-49476-H241)

weiden (@WeiDeng-weiden) so, implement the same fix as the one we have for RB8 devices: use tags to send BT test jobs only to devices which have corresponding cards.

Hi infra team, could you please add the has-bt tag to the QCS615 Ride devices that have the HSP WLAN card configured in the LAVA server? This is the same approach used for RB8 devices.

for RB8 we are using PVT devices which has latest wlan card
for qcs615 ridesx device we have not reworked the device with HSP cards due to unavailability of cards
