--junitxml does not accept ~ in the filename #44

Description

Originally reported by: Floris Bruynooghe (BitBucket: flub, GitHub: flub)

--junitxml does not accept filenames like "~~/junit.xml" or "$HOME/junit.xml" etc. I think there is little harm in calling os.path.expandvars() and os.path.expanduser() on the filename passed in.
