feat(mobile): search projects when starting a task

The mobile new-task project picker has no search, so finding a project in a long catalog requires scrolling. Add a local search for logical project names, workspace titles, and paths, with a clear action and a distinct no-match state. Matching one workspace keeps the whole logical project group and its preferred-environment selection.

Adapted from T3 Code 93e04160a0c0dece8a258384d2118a660415a53d. Pylon's native iOS and Android headers, project layout, and incoming-share reservation flow remain in place; the source's shared header and screen components were not imported.

Validation: 15 focused tests, mobile typecheck, scoped lint/format, diff check, and independent code review passed. Native UI was not exercised.
