fix(mobile): keep chat rows aligned after measurement

On iOS, LegendList can retain stale chat-row positions when native layout transitions race a row's measured height during sync. Remove the list-level layout animation so virtualized rows move with their measurements. Disclosure entry animation, scroll following, and Android behavior remain in their existing paths.

Selective adoption of upstream d07ffbe351a10e1001f6d8eafa5b7533b8bd7e23. Mobile typecheck and scoped lint passed (existing ThreadFeed memoization warnings); diff check passed. No device UI verification was authorized, so visual alignment remains a runtime verification limit.

Model: GPT-6 Sol (low) via the Codex harness, with GPT-6 root oversight.
