fix(ssh): find Linuxbrew Node on WSL hosts

A remote WSL host with Node installed by Linuxbrew can fail Node discovery when its noninteractive SSH shell omits /home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin from PATH. Add that directory to the generated remote lookup script while retaining the existing valid-Node fast path and Pylon CLI/service behavior.

Upstream source: e4422eec75 (#7827).

Validation: vp test run packages/ssh/src/tunnel.test.ts (20 passed); scoped vp lint and vp run --filter @t3tools/ssh typecheck passed. Independent review passed.
