The project monogram test expected
LAfor an emoji-prefixedLaunch, but the shipped algorithm intentionally uses the first and last letters of a single word (LH). Correct that expectation, consistent with the existingNebula→NAcase.This failure already exists on
pylonat 7f10561 and blocked the unrelated Prime transcript PR #570. All 14 focused project identity tests pass. Product behavior is unchanged.Implemented and reviewed with GPT-6 Astra in Codex.
