support for regional domains

Brave automatically uses google.de in Germany and u can't change it easily, so the extension doesn’t work. Adding ://.google.de/* to the manifest fixes it. Could you add support for regional Google domains? I am sure less technical people just see the plugin not working and uninstall instantly.
