Say macOS 14 and the real menu path for replaying onboarding - #11

The app's deployment target is macOS 14.0 (every Xcode target and Package.swift), so Installation, Introduction, the FAQ's Intel answer and Build from source now say macOS 14. Help → Show Onboarding… and Settings → General → Onboarding → Replay don't exist. The Help menu replays the wizard with Help → Welcome to privacycommand, and Settings → Helper installs the helper directly, so First launch says both. llms.txt / llms-full.txt regenerated.
