Extend the teaching catalog with 27 exact-arithmetic and combinatorial algorithms: modular arithmetic, rational interpolation and linear systems, polynomial operations, recurrence evaluation, ranking/unranking, and subset transforms.
Each module documents its input domain, complexity, tie behavior, and executable example, and includes independent regression coverage using enumeration, algebraic identities, or standard-library oracles. The catalog now has 127 algorithms. Python-version and license badges link to the actual project metadata.
Validation on the committed tree: unittest discovery, every module's doctests, Ruff lint, and Ruff formatting all pass. Runtime dependencies remain empty.
