Email username #4

We could offer to email a link to users that lets them access this account again in future, after a cache refresh or on another machine. This would have to be done server side so as to be able to access our mail relay. Alternatively, we show a link on screen and suggest to user that they email to themselves or otherwise store in a safe place (even download as file?)
