Hosted reviews run an older CLI that can block on unchanged context and repeat suppressed finding text. This change pins authenticated v0.9.17, recognizes the configured GitHub App bot identity in feedback threads, and requires an exact target-bound rollback deadline for manually dispatched rolling deployments. The CLI release passed its formal scorer and five complete live benchmarks; the service passed the integrated suite, typecheck, production build, dashboard smoke, and local hosted review.
