Support to register an Circle+ to the USB-stick as requested here
Is your feature request related to a problem? (optional)
Without having a Circle+ registration, the USB-Stick won't work at all. It's currently mandatory to be setup prior using this library.

Thanks for opening this issue.
I guess the request needed for this would be "CirclePlusConnectRequest".
But what are the args? It can't be all zeros?

I recorded the registration of the Circle+ with Wireshark. Here is the plugwise log.txt with the messages I copied and pasted out of Wireshark. Unfortunately I can't attach the Wireshark file itself here.
It seems as the args are almost all zeros. The message was sent twice. The first time "key" was 0, the second time it was 1. "networkinfo.index" was both times 1 and "networkkey" was both times 0.
