[BUG]: Select in scattermap doesn't work for non-primary world copies when bearing/pitch are set #8038

Description

Using the box or lasso select tool with a scattermap that has a bearing or pitch set can lead to the incorrect points being selected (or no points being selected).

• Start plotly devtools on main
• Paste the following code into the browser devtools console

• Note that no points get selected

Notes

• This happens because the select code changes added in fix: Fix scattermap selection across antimeridian #7905 didn't take into account the bearing and pitch of the map
