Retires spec 029's plan now that #123 has merged (spec 027 D6/D7, distill-feature state 1).

  • 88a52cf deletes docs/specs/029-manage-locations/plan.md and changes nothing else.
  • bf2879d points to it (spec 027 D4): the spec's Plan: header line, the plain-text plan reference in verification.md, and the index row (Plan retired, Status Shipped).

Check: git show 88a52cf^:docs/specs/029-manage-locations/plan.md prints the plan. Every existing "retired in" pointer in the index still resolves.

Merge with a merge commit (never squash or rebase), so 88a52cf stays in main's history as written (docs/git-convention.md, Merging). PR #124 (spec 030) also edits the specs index, in its own row; whichever merges second may need a trivial rebase.

Merged, not rebased, so the retired plan's commit 88a52cf keeps its sha

The specs index conflicted on neighbouring rows: this branch's 029 row
(Shipped, plan retired) is kept, with main's new 030 row after it. Merged,
not rebased, so the retired plan's commit 88a52cf keeps its sha
(docs/git-convention.md, Merging).
