fix(client-runtime): preserve cached turns and older-page loading

A received thread batch could settle a turn and start the next one before publishing, leaving the settled turn out of the cache. A replacement snapshot could leave an older page parked, whose later cleanup cleared a newer page request's loading state.

Keep the last settled thread and its sequence while folding a received batch, then offer that content to the cache when the batch ends on a running session. Clear parked pages when a snapshot replaces history.

Main already batches received updates through #11302. This revision removes the additional 4096-item buffer, subscription generation tags, 128-item slices, shell changes, and obsolete performance claims. Existing batch application and pagination ordering remain in use.

Validation: both retained regressions failed on the actual base for the expected reasons. All 126 focused RPC, shell, thread synchronization, atom, pagination, and reducer tests pass. The settled-turn regression verifies one publication for its received batch and persistence under the settled content's own sequence. Client-runtime typecheck and targeted lint/format checks pass. Browser and native client verification were not run.

No — legacy token streaming makes it much worse (one persisted event per provider chunk), but it isn't required, and I had it off. The numbers in #4596 include a thread sampled from a real database with streaming off: 4,830 events, 4,170 of them thread.activity-appended from tool calls, and replaying that mix cost ~7,100 React commits. Which points at why you haven't felt it: a client that stays connected and keeps up applies events one at a time as they arrive, and a desktop-class machine (your M4, my M1 Max — I never noticed it in normal desktop use either) absorbs that fine. The pain is concentrated in two places: (1) backlog replay — reopening a thread after the client state fell behind (cold tab, or the thread atom torn down after the 5-min idle TTL) replays every event since the cursor with a full reducer pass + publication each, superlinear in backlog size, reproducible via /perf.html?deltas=350&activities=4200; and (2) mobile, where the JS thread is weak enough that even the live firehose of a busy turn saturates it — that's the actual freeze report in #8118 (iPhone, taps going dead mid-turn). The batching here is adaptive, so a keeping-up desktop client still applies items one at a time with zero added latency; it only changes behavior when a backlog exists.
