Restore latest dist-tag in install command
This change points users to npx t3@alpha, but the release pipeline publishes the CLI with --tag latest (checked .github/workflows/release.yml publish_cli step) and the publish command defaults to latest (apps/server/scripts/cli.ts), so the README now depends on an alpha dist-tag that is not updated by normal releases; in environments where alpha is stale or missing, first-time installs will pull the wrong version or fail, which breaks the primary onboarding path.

I don't like to just make readme fixing PRs, but I think I should for this. because some people are facing problems because of this like #202. I am assuming this PR will be allowed as I am not making any change to the app. Hoping I will be allowed to do that soon
