ApprovabilityVerdict: Approved at Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Adds mobile workflow phase cards, agent details and confirmed stop controls backed by existing commands. The metadata additions are descriptive, and stop actions retain permission checks and explicit user confirmation. You can add or adjust custom eligibility rules. Learn more. |

The workflow-agent contract accepts effort and speed. Runtime projections include member metadata and provide shared phase status and elapsed-time helpers. The web workflow row uses these helpers. Tests cover projection, timing, statuses, and metadata. |

The server merges effort and speed from assistant transcript entries into workflow members. It retains metadata across reads and updates the coordinator workflow when member values change. Tests cover transcript reads and sparse progress frames. |

The mobile sheet renders grouped workflows and individual agents. Workflow members show status, timing, metadata, details, and errors. The stop button checks target eligibility and permission, requests confirmation, and runs the corresponding stop or interrupt command. |

No actionable issue identified here prevents merging after normal checks.
Security architecture risk:
Low · up to 19b87

Existing server-side permission and task-ownership checks remain in the cancellation path. No introduced security issue was established, but environment routing and repeated-run behavior without run identifiers were not fully verified.
Retained concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.Security review details
-
Security Blast Radius
- observed — The newly exposed mobile actions request cancellation of a specific workflow coordinator, a supported native subagent, or an app-owned child thread. Workflow cancellation reaches the provider task identified by the selected persisted coordinator. The complete environment-specific routing chain for child-thread interruption was not established.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
- observed — Mobile permission gating and confirmation are not the authoritative controls. Both workflow stopping and generic orchestration dispatch require the server's orchestration-operation scope, and the RPC authorization layer rejects calls missing a required scope.
- observed — Workflow stopping revalidates thread membership, running workflow status, provider origin and driver, provider-instance ownership, session availability, and native task identity under the thread lock. It resolves provider ownership from the selected task and its original run rather than choosing the latest active run. Native subagent stopping separately checks command-run and subagent-run equality.
Resilience and Maintainability Implications
- observed — The workflow stop service bounds provider cancellation to 15 seconds so an unresponsive provider cannot hold the thread lock indefinitely. Mobile reports command failure and restores its pending state in a finally block; it does not locally declare cancellation successful.

Note This comment is posted by Julius' dot The native workflow UI is still unverified. Please add before/after screenshots and a short recording showing phase expansion, member navigation, Stop/Cancel, and access after a later turn, with the tested platform and results. The focused tests and bundle exports don't cover these interactions required by the verification guide. |

🟡 Minor · Reset workflow progress when the continuation runId changes. · ThreadAgentsSheet.tsx:87-115

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winReset workflow progress when the continuation
runIdchanges.Claude reuses the coordinator ID for continuation runs, but
mergeClaudeWorkflowProgressseeds its phase and agent maps frompreviouswithout comparing run IDs. Native verification is still blocked on this host. I checked T3 Device again: no device hosts or devices are available; iOS requires macOS/Xcode, and Android has no SDK/emulator. The mobile test skill requires stopping verification when its device is unavailable. The PR remains unverified for phase expansion, member navigation, Stop/Cancel, and access after a later turn. I cannot supply real before/after screenshots or a recording here. The 40 focused tests, scoped checks, and iOS/Android JavaScript exports passed; these do not prove the native interactions. The count finding is fixed in 08bea6c and its regression test passes. I am stopping the requested one-round watcher; native device evidence and human review are still needed. |

The earlier dispatchCommand client-scope suggestion does not apply to the current Stop button. Both target kinds now check stopWorkflow.permissionAtom, which requires orchestration:operate in the destination environment. The server also checks the request. The destination-grant tests cover this gate. Maintainer approval and the requested native recording remain open; no new device run was made in this round. |
|
@coderabbitai, both old change requests are addressed at
All review threads are resolved. Focused regressions, the changed-file gate, current CI, and the latest CodeRabbit check pass. Please update the stale formal review status for this head. A direct dismissal attempt returned HTTP 404, so no review was dismissed. |

This reply does not change GitHub’s review status. Resolved threads and passing checks do not dismiss a formal changes-requested review. The fresh native iOS evidence is now in the PR description at This does not prove live Claude execution, Android, or Stop execution. The description keeps these limits explicit. The two old formal CodeRabbit change requests still require a maintainer to dismiss them; our account cannot do so. |

The run-reset and worker-thread isolation changes, including both regression tests, are now removed from this PR and live in #25745. Effort/speed metadata remains for the mobile cards. I repeated native iOS verification at |

Problem
Mobile could not show dynamic workflow phases or their agents.
Change
Adds phase cards, member links, model/effort/speed details (also for completed agents), and confirmed Stop controls with the mobile design system. Preserves main’s remote-agent navigation and shared clocks. App-owned Stop now clears the parent task before stopping its child.
Scope and approval
Mobile workflow parity and member metadata only. Run isolation stays in #25745. Maintainer scope approval is pending.
Verification
vp run check:changed: 349 tests, 32 package typechecks, format, lint, unused-code and GraphQL checks pass. Also checked 3 UI compiler cases and 82 focused presentation/Stop tests; 3 failed before the Stop fix.Native iOS on the unchanged workflow UI: phase switching, completed metadata, member navigation, and Stop → Cancel. Synthetic data only; Android and live Stop execution were not device-tested.
