When a turn finishes and T3 Code is minimised or sitting behind another window, nothing happens anywhere on the Mac. The unread dot in the thread list is the only signal, and you have to already be looking at the app to see it. So you either sit and watch it, or you keep clicking back every couple of minutes to check.
Terminal.app gets this right. Run something long, hide the window, and the Dock icon bounces and picks up a badge. You go do something else and the Dock tells you when to come back.
What I'd like: when a turn completes and the app isn't focused, put a badge on the Dock icon with the number of unread threads, and bounce once. Clear the badge when the thread gets visited. A setting to switch it off would be good too, since plenty of people won't want it.
The Dock module is already wired up, setDockIcon is called in three places. There's no setBadge, no bounce and no requestUserAttention anywhere in app.asar. Checked on the Alpha build, macOS 26.
One thing worth saying: a system notification banner wouldn't solve this. Those stack up in the corner and you learn to mute them. The Dock badge is quiet, and it's already where you look.
