i used npx skills add to install a skill to .agents/ in my local folder, and then codex confirms it exists, but t3code doesn't show it in $

confirmed still not showing up after restart/ new session

Expected behavior

$unslop should show up because it's in the .agents folder

Actual behavior

$ unslop does not show up
