Resume Claude Code sessions that weren't started in T3

When I open a project I've previously used with the Claude Code CLI, I can't resume those sessions from the chat window. /resume doesn't pick them up - it only seems to know about threads started in T3 itself.

Since T3 and the CLI share the same session storage (~/.claude/projects/<project>/), it would be great if the resume picker listed those transcripts too, so a session started in a terminal could be continued in the editor.
