[Bug]: `bun dev:desktop` on Windows times out due to tsdown 0.20.3

1. On Windows, run: bun dev:desktop

Expected behavior

The 'T3 Code (Dev)' Window appears and bun dev:desktop succeeds.

Workaround

1. Update tsdown version in package.json:

      "tsdown": "^0.21.7",

2. Run: bun install
3. Run: bun dev:desktop

Fixed on main: the tsdown 0.20.3 build step that hung on Windows was removed in #2098 ("Adopt Node-native TypeScript for desktop and server", v0.0.21), and the toolchain has since moved to Vite+/pnpm (#2899) — tsdown is no longer part of the dev flow at all. If the desktop dev command still hangs for you on current main, comment and we'll reopen.
