windframework 算是一個新的框架。
卻沒有像zend framework 2　那樣用上5.3的最新特性 namespace ,閉包……

不要回答我是：　向下兼容!

    是考虑大多数小站长服务器部署环境不能自己控制，php版本一般相对较老

    總得有特破點，難道一直停留5.2 or 5.1
    5.5 都快出了
