Say izumo where tauri-runtime-blitz was - #25

The runtime is published as izumo and its repository is pathscale/izumo. Comments, READMEs and the publish workflow named the old crate; they say izumo now, except two that describe a literal the server used to send, which keep the old name with "(now izumo)".

tauri-runtime-blitz is published as izumo (0.4.1) and its repository is now pathscale/izumo. This renames every mention here: doc comments in blitz-control-protocol, both READMEs, a ps-qa manifest comment and a publish workflow comment.
Two comments describe a string the server used to send,
tauri-runtime-blitz; those keep the old name with "(now izumo)", since that literal is what was on the wire.Comments and docs only, so no version bump. Checked locally:
cargo fmt --all --check, andcargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -D warnings.
