Each showcase card sat inside its own <a>. Card takes href and renders the anchor itself, so the wrapper goes and the card is the link.

<a>. The libraryCardtakeshrefand renders the anchor itself, so the wrapper is removed and the card is the link. Classes, text and the hover treatment (isInteractive) are unchanged.Checked locally: typecheck clean, build OK, ps-qa 675/675.
