Thanks for this! For the dev_example data we typically like to include some examples with mistakes in them that get rejected by our preprocessing pipeline, just so we can test that those things still work as intended.
Could you maybe include some examples with missing dates, invalid hostnames etc?

Looks good! I merged the two metadata files so we just have one file to submit that has some errors
