feat: team mode #359

Why

Teams commit intent (design Decisions 2 and 3).

In scope

project.json committed; .mcp.json with ${CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR}; kitVersion pin; sync leaves project.json modified for the user to commit.

Out of scope

Personal-mode defaults.

Acceptance criteria

• A teammate cloning the project gets the same pins and MCP
