To be able to access secrets and test ansible scripts using github secrets in the testing farm github action I need to create a PR from the packit repo itself (and not from a fork).

This is the reason why the PR is duplicated at the moment.

I have disabled deployment test from zuul.
Regarding the required check I thought @lachmanfrantisek prefers not to use the github testing farm integration, but for me it is ok if we want to enable it.

Yes, it is preferred. Though having no (red) CI right now is IMO bit worse, and you have the GH Action ready 🤷 flakey > nothing IMO
