Document the native-agent Workshop, data-first preparation/evaluation, training monitoring, native decision serving and Observability release in application PR overmind-core/overmind#198.
Workshop packages use the existing isolated sandbox and interactive Celery workers, retaining main's worker topology, per-project concurrency and resource admission. The dedicated EC2/Docker-controller PR is obsolete. Historical Docker-pinned package revisions remain readable and require an explicit new revision for the advertised sandbox source-and-lockfile identity.
The documentation also preserves source-fidelity, immutable receipt, checkpoint and probability-serving contracts. Native decision training now exposes a separate DecisionJob ID over the shared FinetuningJob lifecycle. Existing native training runs are linked to the new identity; records from the retired independent DecisionJob runtime remain archived. Clef uses the shared native path, while D3 and D1 are catalogued but launch-disabled pending family-specific parity. Both PRs remain draft for that qualification. Observability exposes Sessions, Signals and Traces, with automatic deterministic checks, project/capability overrides and opt-in model-backed plan drift.
The schema retirement still requires the application's drained maintenance cutover and backups. No site, production infrastructure or model release was deployed. Original local docs edits remain untouched; these changes were made in an isolated checkout.
Validation: the updated pages passed
PATH=/opt/homebrew/opt/node@22/bin:$PATH bunx mint broken-links. The earlier integrated docs also passed strict build validation. Keep this draft aligned with application PR #198 before merging.
