Document version sources, attachments, analytics and stopping

Docs for overmind-core/overmind#194.

Stacked on #65 (and #63 below it); merge those first.

• New dataset from a version: Console New dataset from this version (copy or split), create_dataset with a version source, REST source.version; the new dataset reads From <dataset> · <version>.
• One create_dataset tool with a traces, llm_calls or version source and one split shape; the create_dataset_from_* tools are gone.
• Attachments: overmind dataset attach FILE --json → attachment on try_dataset_script / add_dataset_version; labels start from an export so they keep source_row; the version keeps the file.
• Version analytics: label balance with the majority baseline, empty and one-value input fields; Console Analytics section; inspect_dataset.
• Stop: Stop import and Stop in Activity, REST, cancel_dataset_job; a stopped run keeps no version, a stopped import reads Import stopped.
• Prepare with agent: the version prompt for a coding agent.
• MCP: version / eval_version / validation_version on every tool (no cell), dataset_run jobs, request_key, training capability and eval-dataset defaults, decision tools, project-bound uploads.
