feat: live Command Code model catalog + API key auth prompt - #7

Discover models from `cmd --list-models` (enrich via installed models.md) instead of a hardcoded Laguna-only list. Add type:api auth method with a text prompt so OpenCode shows an input field for pasting a session key. Co-authored-by: Serhii Dziupin <makeittech@users.noreply.github.com>

Laguna was only the unlimited free model used for testing — not the full product catalog.
