The 5.8.0 release reached Maven Central but portal validation rejected the bundle with
Bundle has content that does NOT have a .pom file: org/openpatch/scratch.Upgrade central-publishing-maven-plugin from 0.8.0 to 0.11.0. Newer plugin versions remove staging metadata before bundling, matching the portal bundle requirements. The plugin configuration and release contents remain unchanged.
