Release Scratch for Java 5.8.0
Adds shared API/asset/example catalogs, the cat atlas and Cat Platformer demo, portable project and teaching-check specifications, classroom/offline course resources, browser compatibility checks and safer game speed handling.
Version 5.8.0 is a minor release because it adds built-in assets. The consumed changesets are recorded in CHANGELOG.md. Existing 5.7.1 history is preserved.
Validation: 228 library tests; 631 browser tests; 408 reference examples; real Chromium/WebGL lifecycle, teaching and texture checks. The complete course pack is attached by the release workflow.
This PR must merge after browser build 26 and Hyperbook 0.112.0 are published. Native Windows/macOS Studio checks run during its subsequent release; the classroom pilot remains pending.
