Fixes #82.

removemacai background of (a typo for off) used to print the background-item list and exit 0, so the typo went unnoticed. TweakCommands.background now only lists items when no action is given; off/on proceed as before, and anything else fails with unknown action "of", use off or on.

Adds a selftest check that runs background of and expects the failure, following the existing unknown-export-option coverage.

I could not run swift build/selftest locally (no Swift toolchain on this machine); relying on CI for build + self-test on macos-26.

Verification update: I installed Swift 6.4.1 locally (Linux) and attempted a full build, but this package cannot link on Linux — the UAF Objective-C target fails (-fobjc-arc is not supported on platforms using the legacy runtime), and the target also ships SwiftUI/AppKit/Security code, so a real binary still needs macOS CI.

What I did verify locally:

swiftc -parse on both edited files (Sources/removemacai/TweakCommands.swift, Sources/removemacai/SelfTest.swift): exit 0, no diagnostics.
A harness replicating the exact new guard flow, all four cases: bare background lists (exit 0), off/on proceed (exit 0), of prints error: unknown action "of", use off or on (exit 1).

The new selftest case covers the same background of invocation end-to-end once CI builds on macOS.
