In the Visual and Markdown editors: - Ctrl+Up/Down moves to the previous/next slide - Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown moves 5 slides earlier/later. This allows quick movement between slides, without reordering slides. Leaves Ctrl+Left/Right to native word navigation. In Markdown source mode, the screen view is scrolled to optimize the full visibility of the slides (incl. both slide separators), as well as to minimize the unnecessary visual jumping.

Moving between slides is a way more frequently used functionality than the functionality of moving a slide. Within the text editor, it makes more sense to have quick access to moving between slides, than to the functionality of moving them around.
Therefore, in the Visual and Markdown editors:
This allows quick movement between slides, without reordering slides.
