Fixes a botched auto-merge: the entropy-fix bullet's "(#4)" tag ended
up as a stray duplicate line after the unrelated relay delete-path
bullet instead of on its own line, and two bullets (the go1.26.8 bump,
the delete-path fix) were missing their PR backreference entirely.
Docs-only, no code changes.
