I'll take a look at this issue later.
It's likely because somewhere we're reading
licensefrom the top level of the packument, which is just a reference to the latest version (like with most top level packument fields that have been pulled up)It's worth noting that this issue also appears in many OG images:

Take a look at glob:
https://npmx.dev/package/glob
Now at v9 of glob:
https://npmx.dev/package/glob/v/9.3.5
both show blueoak license but the latter is actually ISC.
