Some sections in the package page can probably be unstuck in mobile to gain real estate.

@knowler - we could also hide stuff in the sticky headers when they鈥檙e stuck for at least Chromium on Android with a scroll-state query. Reporter is on iOS, so that wouldn鈥檛 help them.
