Broken links on the Security page

Some links on the Security page are broken. It's worth noting that the one pointing to SslStream from .NET is correctly rendered there, but not these pointing to Npgsql itself.

Never mind, you're talking about the <xrefs> being rendered, I see now.

OK, this triggered a pretty substantial push on our docfx config etc. 😅 🤣

Everything should work now, the site has a nice new look, and any broken links will fail the build from now on.
