Add a list of compatible hosting providers?

Add a updated list of compatible hosting providers to the README.md could be very good, don't you think so?

Possibly, but I do not have such list nor have I tested it on multiple hostings. If you can make it, I will appreciate.

I haven't try it yet... that is why I was asking for that list. In which hosting are you trying it?

I installed node + express + vuejs and it works fine.
