Replace LICENSE with the official GNU AGPL v3 text and declare AGPL-3.0-only in README badges, build metadata, notices and changelogs. Releases up to and including 0.2.0-alpha.1 remain available under MIT; the transition is documented in docs/LICENSING.md. Contributions are accepted under AGPL-3.0-only.
