feat: redesign the on-screen keyboard layout after the console structural model

Summary

Reworks the on-screen keyboard layout after the console keyboard's structural model, with ControlFS's own theme tokens (no Sony assets, logos or textures). The VirtualKeyboard model, its input handling and the field-type rules are unchanged.

• Grid is now 11 columns. Text field on top, then four character rows:
  • Letters: 1234567890@ · qwertyuiop# · asdfghjklç- (EN: asdfghjkl'-) · zxcvbnm,._!
  • @#: symbols and … (accents + Clear + PT-BR/EN switch) pages keep every character the old layout had.
• Function row on every page: ⇧ · ABC · @#: · wide space · ⌫.
• Bottom row: ◀ ▶ · … · Cancel · wide Done (password fields add Show). ▲▼ isn't there because no field is multi-line.
• View: function keys use a darker surface, Done has an accent border, and the current page key and active Shift are highlighted (⇪ when locked). Narrator hears "página atual".
• Controller mapping is unchanged and already matches the issue (South types, East cancels, West backspace, North shift, LB/RB cursor, Start done, Select symbols). The footer keeps the existing hint mechanism; dynamic prompts come from feat: add dynamic controller button prompts to action bar #34.
• Guides (EN/PT) describe the new layout; changelogs updated.

Tests

CI (Windows):

• All existing keyboard and journey tests go through KeyboardDriver, which now also switches pages to reach keys that moved to … (Clear, language).
• The accent test now types the acceptance sample Relatório ação 2026 using only D-pad + South.
• New: every page/password combination fills the 11-column grid and keeps the function and bottom rows (structure guard).
• Vertical navigation test updated for the new wide keys (Space → Done → back).

Manual (added to docs/TESTING.md): fit and legibility at 1080p and on a handheld, and typing the sample in every field that uses the keyboard.

Long-press accents aren't implemented; accents live on the … page, which the issue allows.
