feat: file operation engine with copy, move and conflict handling - #101

- IFileOperationService: planning (refuses folder-into-itself), progress, per-item results, cancellation; temp file then final name; never follows links inside folders. - Copy and move (same-volume rename, cross-volume copy then remove each source only after it was copied). - Conflict dialog shared by every operation; folder-onto-folder offers merge. - Copy to… / Move to… with the in-app folder picker.
