feat: use the official ControlFS logo and icon - #100

- logos/: official files renamed (controlfs-logo-text.png, controlfs-icon.png). - assets/controlfs.ico (16–256 px) derived from the icon without redesign: squared by extending the original background. - Executable, window/taskbar, Alt+Tab, shortcuts and installer use the icon; READMEs show the logo with text.
