enhancement: reduce package size by trimming unused Windows App SDK components #85

Summary

Reference only the Windows App SDK components the app uses (WinUI, Foundation, base) instead of the metapackage that pulls AI/ML runtimes (ONNX).

Motivation

The portable exe is ~97 MB and the installer ~64 MB.

Requirements

• Measure before/after; keep the smoke launch green.

Directory.Packages.props and ControlFS.App.csproj.

Acceptance Criteria

• Portable and installer sizes drop measurably and the app still launches in smoke.
