test: add WinUI automation tests for focus, dialogs and the virtual keyboard #83

Summary

Automate UI checks on the Windows runner (focus ring position, modal scope, keyboard rendering) in addition to the existing smoke launch.

Motivation

Journey tests drive the controller logic but do not verify what WinUI renders.

Requirements

• Choose a UI automation approach compatible with WinUI 3 (UIA-based) and document it.
• Run in the Smoke workflow.

Acceptance Criteria

• At least one automated test opens a dialog and asserts focus lands on the safe option.
