feat: add ISO mounting support #73

Summary

Mount ISO/IMG/VHD(X) images using Windows' built-in mounting and open the new drive.

Motivation

Game and software images are common; Windows can mount them natively.

Requirements

• Uses Windows APIs (Virtual Disk / Shell); no third-party drivers.
• Opens the mounted drive after mounting; errors are explained.

Controller UX

Actions on an image → Mount → browse the new drive.

Technical Notes

ControlFS.Infrastructure.Windows using the Windows virtual disk APIs.

Acceptance Criteria

• Mounting an ISO shows a new drive that can be browsed.

Testing

Unit tests for new branches and for every bug reproduced before a fix (no trivial variations, see AGENTS.md). Windows integration test with a tiny ISO fixture generated in the test.
